Persian recipes
Persian recipes include the food from Iran that has ancient roots, and in fact has influenced cuisines much more broadly. Persian cuisine itself has been gaining popularity, and for good reason.
Some dishes have strong overlaps with other surrounding cuisines, but others are very much unique like kuku sabzi (Persian herb frittata) and sabzi polow mahi (Persian herb rice with fish). Rice is central to many meals, and the dishes for Nowruz, the Persian New Year, are often symbolic.
