Classic Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict is a classic on many a brunch menu, and for good reason. There are a few components, but all are easy and the result is so delicious. Perfect for a special treat (or just because!).

It's best to get all your ingredients ready first. Start by cutting your muffins, heating water for the eggs and melt the butter for the Hollandaise.

Make the Hollandaise sauce

The easiest way to make the sauce is using a hand blender to combine everything together.

Poach the eggs

Poach the eggs to your liking then drain them once cooked.

Layer everything up

Place the toasted muffin on a plate, top with ham, the eggs then drizzle over the sauce.
