You don't need too many ingredients for this dish! Start by chopping your bacon, onion and garlic before you start cooking.
Start by cooking the bacon enough to release some of the fat to then soften the onion and garlic in.
Add the remaining ingredients to make the sauce. The spinach will wilt down in the sauce as the cream warms through.
Use a pasta that will hold the sauce, and mix it through to get it well coated. Then you are ready to eat!
