Thanks! So to be clear, traditional haggis doesn't have chicken liver in it, but instead it's purely made from sheep offal, but chicken livers are a lot easier to find (you can buy ready-made haggis but often it's not that great quality, which is why I make my own take on it). I can actually get chicken livers at my local supermarket - I think it's often you don't look for them and so don't notice them, but they are often hiding in the corner of the fresh meat section. These look amazing. I can't say I've ever tried chicken liver so I'll keep an eye out next time I'm at the butcher shop. I think my toddlers would totally go for these cute bonbons!
