I've never tried preparing stuffing with persimmons. But I'm familiar with both types and would love to give this a try. 🙂

I am one who makes stuffing all year long, and yes, three varieties is what my daughters insist on for Christmas. Using persimmons is a great idea, and your entire combination looks wonderful. Thanks for the inspiration.
