I've actually never tried chestnut flour, so now I'm intrigued, even though I'm not gluten-free. I bet these pancakes are fabulous!

Oooo these sound good, I love the addition of rosewater, an ingredient that I don't see to often but used in moderation it adds so much to a recipe.

I cook with so many different flours, but I've never cooked with chestnut flours. This sounds like such a great christmastime idea, but I'm glad you found a way to cook with it in the springtime too. I've fallen in love with the bag of chestnut flour I have--I love, love the taste. These chestnut pancakes look beautiful! I never would have thought of the combination with rosewater and marscapone, but it sounds perfect and so right!
