This was SO DELICIOUS!!! We had store bought steam buns and already had homemade pickled carrots. I only marinated for about 2.5 hours and a smaller amount of tenderloin so halved the recipe. I bought Chinese 5 spice awhile ago and was so excited to finally use it. I actually baked it in the marinade since I do that with another pork tenderloin recipe. Basted once in the oven. Delicious! Will make again for sure!
