In reply to Andreas. I'd say made the day before is fine but not sure I would make them that much more ahead than that - maybe another day at most. They are more likely to build up moisture, and personally I don't like to leave open ground meat in the fridge long.

In reply to Caroline's Cooking. How long would they last in the fridge uncooked? I know they can be frozen cooked or raw for a month but any idea on uncooked in the fridge? Thanks!
