It does definitely depend on your oysters - some are bigger than others and some simply can't hold that much sauce - but also how much sauce you want is a bit of personal choice. To still get the oyster flavor coming through, I find you don't want to go too heavy on the sauce but you can of course add more (and it's quick and easy to make more). Glad you enjoyed otherwise, though!

My only grip is that 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 2 table spoons of Worcestershire sauce is simy not enough for 12 oysters. You need at least 3 times this much.
