I love chia seed pudding but have never thought to pair it with white peaches before. Sounds wonderful and like a perfect use of the gorgeous peaches I've been getting at the farmer's market. I'm going to make this for a snack one afternoon this week!

Yes white peaches are so delicious, I have eaten quite a number this summer! And they work really well with this coconut chia pudding as well.

I am with you on not following the much hyped food, ingredient or diet. If I find them to be healthy and delicious, I may give in. This pudding looks very tempting and I have to try it! I like the minimum ingredients and feel a great taste awaiting.

This looks so beautiful! I too am a new chia convert. I didn't try it for a long time and now find it's so easy to add to anything to get some extra fiber and nutrients.
