I'll admit, I do much prefer pavlova to 'true' meringue - for me it's the softer texture and it feels less sweet, even though really it's the same. I imagine, like you say, the other ingredients help too. So glad you enjoyed!

In honesty, I'm not a big fan of meringue. But Pavlova is the exception, Maybe because of other ingredients that go with it. And I just love your pavlova as it's one of the easiest that I've ever made. Cheers.
