In reply to Hector. This is a relatively liquid sauce compared to some, so not sure how runny yours is whether it's necessarily too thin or just not quite what you were expecting. But one thing is it could be down to the mayo you used, since that's a large part of it. I'm not sure how much you can do once the sauce is already made to thicken other than maybe add a little more cheese, preferably a dry cheese (so if you used queso fresco and it was a bit soft, try some cotija or parmesan for example).
