Thanks for all of the info on the difference between Thai and Cambodian salads. We have a huge Cambodian population here, so I'm sure the Asian markets stock these ingredients. The dried shrimp sounds so interesting!

What an interesting salad. I would like to try it. Those cashews are huge, they are as large as the shrimp!
