So yummy! I added a bit of fish sauce to the dressing but I'm sure it would of been as good without it. Thanks.

Thanks so much for the recipe. This is just like I had in Laos too. FYI. While traveling on the slow boat to Luang Prabang, I met my Swedish husband. We went back for our 10 year aniversary. We are planning to go back for twnety too.
