In reply to Aimee Mars. Za'atar is such a delicious set of flavors, particularly with the olive oil. And yes, it's so tasty with the simple salad ingredients on top. Unfortunately, the bread is definitely best when fresh so not necessarily ideal for meal prep, but you could at least make some for one day and leftovers the next.

That spice blend on top looks incredible! I love how you turned it into a sandwich too. I bet this is great for meal prep during the week.

These flatbreads look amazing! I have some za'atar in my cupboard so I'm looking forward to making these.
