It is indeed a less typical version, but I agree so tasty, and makes a wonderful vegetarian main as well.

We make risottos almost every week, so I cannot believe it's the first time we made one with chestnuts! Absolutely delicious! Loved the different textures and the beautiful flavours! Perfectly good as a vegetarian main dish 🙂
