In reply to Sue. I agree, I am happy enough if they are mixed in with other things, but wouldn't tend to go for them in any quantity raw. But other veggies I definitely go for raw (as do the kids!)

Looks delish! I don’t mind radishes raw if they are mixed on a platter, especially with mint anh herb, maybe with some cheese as well, but I was raised on fresh raw veggies from the farden as part of every supper.

I did a Roasted Radish Tart this time round, I love radishes anyway, and roasting them brings out a totally different flavour profile as well. This salad sounds amazing.

My family wasn't keen on radishes until I served them roasted once. Pure deliciousness. What a great main course salad.
