My son made this for breakfast today and said it was really good. He doubled the recipe and added some minced garlic to the recipe

Your asparagus frittata looks really good. I love the addition of pecorino to the eggs! As you say asparagus frittata is popular in Italy in the spring when asparagus are in season, especially here in the North where I live and where they grow a lot of asparagus!
