We had two huge rhubarb plants in our yard growing up! I loved my mom's rhubarb pie and now want to try your crisp (hoping the hubby will not notice that there's more than strawberries in the filling :)).

My mom's parents used to grow rhubarb too. I don't know that they ever made crisp, but it is one of my favorite desserts.
