In reply to Dawn Conklin. Thanks, they do go so well, and yes the flavor mingles in nicely. I'd always tend to cook on the lesser side as well - this is slightly more than I'd typically cook but is still delicious and it works perfectly to get the flavors to mingle better.

Steak and potatoes are a favorite here 🙂 Every time I make steak I make some form of potatoes with them. I haven't made them together in the foil packs yet, but I am sure they will love them! We usually eat our steaks medium here but the right cut of meat (ribeye or NY strip) can be cooked to well done and still be melt in your mouth tender. The flavor the steak gives the potatoes will be worth it I am sure!
