Peach lassi
Lassi is a common Indian drink, often made with mango but peach is also refreshing and delicious.

- 1 peach ripe
 - ¾ cup plain yogurt 180ml
 - 4 ice cubes approx
 - 4 mint leaves
 - 1 dash cinnamon
 - 1 teaspoon honey optional, or a little more to taste
 
 
Stone the peach and skin if your blender is not likely to break it up fully. I prefer to leave on if possible for color (plus it's easier)
Put the peach, yogurt, ice cubes, mint leaves and cinnamon in a blender and blend until well mixed and smooth. If you prefer a little sweeter, add honey to taste, blending it in.
Serve immediately while nice and cold.
