- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ¼ cup plain yogurt (¼c is 4tbsp)
Place the pomegranate juice, raspberries, frozen pineapple and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
You can serve either in a glass or in a bowl - I'd suggest using a few pomegranate seeds as a garnish but you could also add eg some chia seeds and coconut flakes.
