- 1 chunk focaccia (assumes ¼ of my homemade focaccia recipe)
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon pesto approx
Cut a sandwich-sized chunk of focaccia and slice it through the middle.
Slice some tomato and mozzarella.
Spread the bottom side of the bread with pesto, top with mozzarella and tomato.
Put the top half of the focaccia on top and enjoy.
