- 1 banana
- 1 apple eg Gala, Fuji, Honeycrisp
- ¼ cup apple juice
- ¼ cup plain yogurt I used Greek style but most should work fine
- 3 tablespoon oats
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Peel the banana and peel and core the apple.
Put the apple juice, yogurt, oats, banana, apple and cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
